Terms and Conditions
Classes refund policy:- full refund if requested before 6 weeks prior to start date of class, 50% refund given if request made between 6 weeks and 4 weeks of class start date and no refund given if request made between 4 weeks and the class start date.
No class payment will be given permission to postpone / forwarded to another term or refunded after start date of the term
Workshop fees are non-refundable on cancellation by participant.
I reserve the right to cancel workshops 2 weeks before commencement. Fees will be refunded in this instance.
Privacy Policy
Niki Bell Artist and Printmaker is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Six.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Email addresses will be stored only if express permission has been obtained to join my mailing list. This mailing list is for marketing workshops and information about upcoming events and exhibitions and the artistic activities Niki Bell has been undertaking.
At no time will email addresses be passed on or sold to other organisations or individuals.
Unsubscriptions can be processed at anytime. Data will be deleted at any time on request.
